About Gilbert RV Insurance

Gilbert RV Insurance was established in September 1992 to fill a growing need for recreational vehicle insurance with competitive rates and quality service. Teresa Gilbert started her career in RV insurance in 1978, and after 14 years in the business, decided to open her own agency. Due to the demand the business quickly placed on Teresa, her husband, Alan, left his job as a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch and began marketing the business.

As we enter our 16th year, Gilbert RV Insurance has grown to be one of the largest recreational speciality insurance agencies in the nation. We have a staff of over 50 employees and are licensed in 46 states. We represent a number of RV specialty insurance companies with an A.M. Best rating of “A” or higher including: American Federation Insurance Company, American Security Insurance Company, a division of the Assurant Group, Foremost Insurance Company, National Interstate Insurance Company, and Progressive Insurance Company.
